About the Role
We are seeking a highly capable, professional, and commercially minded Sales Advisor to join our team.
This is a key role within the business, focused on speaking with prospective clients who have already been vetted and referred by our Lead Generation Team. This role plays an important part in converting qualified enquiries into engaged clients, ensuring that leads are handled confidently, professionally, and with the right balance of empathy and commercial awareness.
The position combines elements of sales, client conversion, relationship-building, and advisory communication. It is well suited to someone who is confident working in a fast-paced environment, comfortable taking ownership of leads, and capable of guiding prospective clients through sensitive and often urgent circumstances.
Because the business works in a time-sensitive advisory environment, often involving urgent client matters and fast-moving deadlines, the role also requires someone who can keep priorities clear, maintain strong follow-up, and communicate calmly and effectively under pressure.
This role would suit someone already based in the Costa del Sol, who is confident operating in English and understands the importance of clear, professional communication in a UK-facing business environment.
We are open to candidates at different levels of seniority. However, this is not an entry-level role. We do require someone with relevant prior experience who can step into the position with confidence, professionalism, and strong commercial ability.
Key Responsibilities
- Speak with prospective clients who have already been vetted and referred by the Lead Generation Team
- Build rapport quickly and professionally with company Directors and business owners
- Discuss tax debt, insolvency, restructuring, and related solutions in a clear, confident, and easy-to-understand manner.
- Understand each client’s circumstances and guide them through the most suitable options available based on the services offered.
- Convert suitable enquiries into engaged clients
- Manage follow-up calls, emails, and ongoing lead progression in a timely and organised way
- Maintain accurate records, notes, and CRM updates in relation to enquiries, conversations, and outcomes
- Monitor ongoing leads and ensure follow-up actions are chased and progressed appropriately
- Work closely with the wider internal team to ensure smooth onboarding and handover of new matters
- Provide wider support across the business as required
Candidate Profile
We are looking for someone who is reliable, commercially minded, and professionally confident, with the ability to speak directly with prospective clients and guide them through what are often sensitive and time-critical business situations.
The ideal candidate will be calm under pressure, professional and credible, proactive and commercially minded, comfortable juggling multiple priorities, confident following matters through to completion and able to communicate effectively with people at all levels
Essential Requirements
- Excellent native written and spoken English is essential, as the role supports a UK-facing business and requires polished, professional communication with clients, advisors, and counterparties
- Previous experience in sales, lead conversion, client advisory, or a similar commercially focused role
- A proven ability to build rapport and close business
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple leads and priorities at once
- Good working knowledge of standard office systems, including email, CRM platforms, and general administrative tools
- You must be highly discreet and comfortable handling sensitive client, operational, and business information in a confidential and professional manner
- Strong attention to detail and good administrative discipline
- A proactive attitude and the ability to work with minimal supervision
- Based in Estepona / Costa del Sol area
- Full legal right to work in Spain
Desirable Experience
- Experience in UK tax, insolvency, liquidation, restructuring, or debt advisory
- Experience in financial services, including mortgage advice or similar sectors
- Former HMRC experience or experience dealing with HMRC-related matters
- Experience dealing with UK company Directors or business owners
- Experience working in a target-driven sales environment

Salary Details
€2,000.00 - €3,000.00 per month basic salary, together with an attractive commission structure. We are happy to consider candidates with different levels of experience, provided they have the relevant background and the right qualities for the role.

We are seeking a highly organised, professional, and proactive Executive Assistant to join our team in the Estepona area.
This is a key office-based role supporting the Director and assisting across multiple areas of the business. The successful candidate will play an important part in keeping day-to-day operations organised, ensuring that administrative matters are properly managed, and helping to bridge communication and workflow between the sales and legal teams.
The position combines elements of executive support, office management, administration, and cross-team coordination. It is well suited to someone who is confident working in a fast-paced environment, comfortable taking ownership of tasks, and capable of bringing structure, efficiency, and follow-through to a busy office.
Because the business works in a time-sensitive advisory environment, often involving urgent client matters and fast-moving deadlines, the role also requires someone who can help keep priorities clear, actions moving, and communications properly followed through. The ability to remain calm, organised, and responsive under pressure is important.
This role would suit someone already based in the Costa del Sol, who is confident operating in both English and Spanish and can act as an effective bridge between local operations in Spain and a UK-facing business environment.

- Manage the Director’s diary, inbox, appointments, reminders, and general follow-up
- Support the smooth day-to-day running of the office and assist with general office management
- Act as a key administrative link between the sales and legal teams, helping to keep matters communicated, coordinated, and progressed
- Liaise with local suppliers, service providers, and operational contacts in Spanish
- When necessary, handle incoming calls, emails, and enquiries in a professional and efficient manner
- Draft, prepare, and organise correspondence, documents, and internal updates
- Maintain accurate filing systems, records, databases, and CRM information
- Monitor ongoing tasks and ensure follow-up actions are chased and progressed appropriately
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, office logistics, and general administrative tasks
- Provide wider support across the business as required
